Refund policy

At Cruisin Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged to be eligible for a refund.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your order.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
